To be blunt: when I first encountered the term OKR, which stands for Objectives and Key Results, I wasn’t exactly thrilled. To me it sounded like a bunch of management mumbo-jumbo, which basically boils down to setting goals with corresponding KPI’s, as @mattbarcomb was silently whispering on twitter.
